Nano-T: protecting a roof while it’s still in good shape.
Nano-T is our hydrophobic treatment designed for recent roofs, generally under 10 years old. Rather than waiting for the first signs of wear, Nano-T creates a lasting water-repellent barrier that limits moisture penetration and buildup in the shingles, reducing the conditions that promote mold, moss and lichen growth, while also helping protect the surface from the effects of UV rays and premature aging, while the shingle structure is still fully intact.

A new roof can feel like it doesn’t need extra protection — but that’s exactly when a hydrophobic treatment has the most long-term impact: it works on a porous structure that’s still intact, before freeze-thaw cycles have started to weaken it.
